At Summits Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
